STANDARD LEBANON DELIVERY: 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS (7,500 Lebanese Pounds)

Our standard delivery charge for the whole of the Lebanon is 7,500 LBP including postage and packing regardless of location and package size. Free standard Lebanon delivery on orders over 150,000 LBP or $50 USD.

All packages are sent with LibanPost Courier Service. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery within Lebanon. Tracking details for your parcel will be sent to you via sms/email. When placing an order please provide full contact details including a working telephone number and full postal address and ensure someone is home to sign for delivery. The courier company will call you to arrange a suitable delivery slot. If you have opted to pay “cash on delivery”, the courier company will be able to take payment. Please ensure payment is complete.

RETURNS POLICY

We are very happy to offer a full refund or an exchange if the goods are not to your satisfaction. The refunds will be processed through original mode of payment. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt and you can return the order to us for a full refund, less packing and delivery costs, within seven days of receipt. This does not apply to items personalized or made to your specification. You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

Unless you notify us within three working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in original condition at your own cost. To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.
