DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All packages within Lebanon are sent with our trusted partner Courier Service. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery within Lebanon. Tracking details for your parcel will be sent to you via sms/email. When placing an order please provide full contact details including a working telephone number and full postal address and ensure someone is home to sign for delivery. The courier company will call you to arrange a suitable delivery slot. If you have opted to pay “cash on delivery”, the courier company will be able to take payment. Please ensure payment is complete.

We offer international delivery through Trusted Third Parties such as DHL or similar. Upon completion of your order, our team will email you with a link for shipping fees payment which will be dependent on the destination, size and weight of your order. All orders will have tracking numbers that will be shared upon shipment of the package. Shipping Fees do not include any Customs or Duties, and the same will have to be paid by the Client upon delivery, if any such charges exist based on Country of destination laws.

RETURNS POLICY

We are very happy to offer a full refund or an exchange if the goods are not to your satisfaction. The refunds will be processed through original mode of payment. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt and you can return the order to us for a full refund, less packing and delivery costs, within seven days of receipt. This does not apply to items personalized or made to your specification. You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

Unless you notify us within three working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in original condition at your own cost. To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.
