Shipping Policy in lebanon
For Clients Within Lebanon:
Our shipping service is provided by a Trusted Third Party. Orders are delivered within 1-2 days, depending on location.
The courier company will call you to arrange a suitable delivery slot. If you have opted to pay “cash on delivery”, the courier company will be able to take payment. Please ensure payment is complete.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Policy outside lebanon
For International Clients:
We offer international delivery through Trusted Third Parties such as DHL. Upon completion of your order, our team will email you with a link for shipping fees payment which will be dependent on the destination, size and weight of your order. All orders will have tracking numbers that will be shared upon shipment of the package.
Shipping Fees do not cover any Customs or Duties, and the same will be paid by the Client upon delivery, if any such charges exist based on Country of destination laws and regulations for imports.
